RJIT provides full range of program and project management support to federal agencies. We utilize project management Institute PMBOK fundamental knowledge, process and terminology to provide seamless and efficient management of a project from inception to completion. RJIT employees have experience in the Project Management Institute (PMI), Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI), and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodologies. We have support federal project managers in their day to day activities encompassing program and project management, software development and maintenance, and operations. Our team of experienced project managers helped facilitates the steady improvement of federal programs. RJIT has strong experience with administration of Microsoft Project Server. We have supported hundreds of Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web Access users.

RJIT also provides support for IT Strategic and tactical planning and implementation, performance management, operation analysis and Enterprise Architecture support.
